HR Anew consultants work in collaboration with employers and benefit brokers to identify, propose, secure, and implement employee benefit programs that are competitive and meet the needs of unique needs of their workforce. In addition, we manage the operational and administrative tasks including monthly auditing of invoices to ensure that employer premiums are accurate based on enrollments and terminations. Services include employee annual open enrollment meetings, processing of new enrollments and terminations, claims resolution services, invoice auditing, COBRA administration, and regulatory compliance.
