Performance Management

Performance and career management is the mutual responsibility of managers and their employees. Both the employee and supervisor must participate in each phase of the program – goal setting, performance coaching, career coaching, individual productivity supporting the business model, and performance evaluation. Employees should know what is expected of them and should receive feedback on their performance on a continuous basis, and they should be informed about career opportunities and management’s perceptions.
