How Better HR Happens: The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment planning process is designed to substantially reduce hiring costs, ensure an ideal employer-employee match, support retention and promote goodwill.

Here’s how it works:

Approach – In this phase, we create your customized recruitment strategy and plan. This plan is designed specifically for your organization and addresses any current openings at the onset of the project. Because this is the creation of the overarching program, not every employee search will begin in the Approach Phase. At the same time, HR Anew consistently measures the results of its clients recruitment programs in order to make refinements and increase overall success. Therefore, your organization’s recruitment plan will be revisited periodically and adjusted to reflect new learning.

Analyze – HR Anew begins by taking a close look at your organization as a whole.
