HR Anew has a keen focus on how adults learn. We have found and research confirms that adults learn when there is a willingness to learn and an ability to achieve the learning objectives. Therefore, we design training programs toward meeting the needs of auditory, kinesthetic, and visual adult learning. We use various simulations including creating training that uses educational games to enhance and invigorate the learning experience.

HR Anew utilizes organizational development to improve the effectiveness of an organization and the well being of employees through intentional interventions that influence and transform thinking. It is a change management process that focuses on an organization’s systems, processes, and outputs; productivity of the workforce; employee satisfaction; and the ability of the organization to re-engineer and refine itself over time
HR Anew works in collaboration with clients to implement a customized performance management system that promotes enhanced job productivity / performance results; and achieves desired behavior in the workplace. First, we focus on the client’s mission, goals, objectives, and priorities and align the performance management program so that the performance and behavior goals can be realized. Our system includes design of the performance evaluation tool, management and leadership training, non-supervisory training, assessments, coaching, counseling, and ongoing feedback.
Performance management also helps employers to recognize performance excellence, allocate rewards and opportunities, and assist employees in planning their development. It ensure employees are aware of their level of performance, behavior, and how this level relates to the organization’s expectations; helps with employee retention; improves morale and the employer’s public image; and limits or prevents liability associated with alleged unfair employment practices, workplace harassment, and discrimination.
HR Anew uses a process that is customized to achieve goals and priorities. The strategic planning process focuses on the following phases:
Phase I: Preparedness – examine rationale and establish a timeline for strategic planning.
Phase II: Determine priority issues – assess the current situation and the current needs/trends to establish priority issues.
Phase III: Determine outcomes – spend time together to determine what should change (outcomes) as a result of your efforts.
Phase IV: Complete the plan – with key stakeholders and staff working back and forth together, including target audiences, activities, resources needed, etc., refine and complete the plan, culminating in final approval of the plan by the client.
Phase V: Action Plan – create work groups, operational plans and work plans for the staff that facilitate completion of the activities to achieve the strategic planning outcomes.
Phase VI: Evaluation – continually evaluate the plan by keeping it an active document and regularly referring to it to guide and monitor decision-making and implementation.
The information in these phases, action steps and samples and best practices will guide the client through a planning process that is 1) strategic; 2) outcome-driven; 3) builds in benchmarks as an evaluation component to chart progress toward the desired outcomes; and 4) frames a path to determine operational and resource needs, which will help drive the budget.
HR Anew’s process for curriculum design and delivery of training ensures that clients receive a complete training program that meets anticipated goals and impacts performance and productivity. These games infuse “fun” into the training and ensure participants’ understanding of the main learning goals.
